We recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in a prime location. We were impressed with the range of facilities offered, including a pool, gym, spa, and even basketball and tennis courts. This place had everything we could ask for! The staff here were outstanding, with the front office staff going above and beyond to assist us with any issues. We were thoroughly impressed with their warmth and friendliness. The rooms were spacious and allowed us to do some simple cooking if desired.

Daily service was great! Just walking distance from mezza Restaturant, where you can have lunch. If you are going to visit national museum, you can stay here.

The telephone operator, though was nice and cordial, could not connect me to my home, dispite several reminders, not because the number was busy or unavailable but because, there was a confusion in dialling international numbers from the room, and presumably from her board as well.

Clean prompt, I checked in after midnight and everything was ready.
Checkout in the morning was slow. I had a very important meeting, asked the checkout girl to call a cab and she didnt, also had me sit and wait while they checked the room - at least until I went to explain the situation, only then did she ask if I'd used anything from the mini bar... If that's all she needed to know it should have been the first question. Then to the back of a long taxi queue. Other then this everything was prompt and efficient.

The hotel is conveniently located near shopping areas and shops and is easily accessible by transport. the breakfast is extensive, offering a variety of European, American, and Asian foods. the staff is helpful, and the housekeeping service is excellent.
The hotel has a slightly run down feel to it, and some facilities such as the air conditioning system and fridge can be noisy and break down.

Very convenient location in the center with easy access to everything. The hotel offers great facilities like a pool, spa, gym, basketball court, and tennis court. There is ample parking available and transportation is easy to find. Breakfast is delicious and the staff are extremely friendly.
Nothing for us.

The interior was very nicely done. Spacious living area
They seemed very stingy with amneties. For a 2 bedroom apartment housing 3, there were only two bath towels and no hand/face towels. Washroom a bit cramped. Hotel staff were all with smiling faces but a bit "shoo away" manaresim with smile. Still a great place as for value for money is concerned.

I like the way they welcome and treat the guests. It gives a feeling of comfort and being taken care of. The rooms are spacious and well-ventilated.
The toilet is rather small. Also the air conditioning felt inadequate. And though promised, I didn't get Wi-Fi inside the room. I had to run to the Mezza Cafe every time I wanted to check mail or browse through different sites, and it was not an enjoyable experience. The lighting inside the room felt less than adequate.

The hotel was conveniently located close to public transportation and offered a wide breakfast selection. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our Easter stay enjoyable. the view from our room was absolutely stunning.
The building itself seemed to be rather old, resulting in long elevator queues. Our original room was also positioned next to a mosque which made it difficult to sleep during early morning Qur’an recitations, but we were able to upgrade to a room with minimal noise disruption.

Location and price.
Cleanliness is too poor, firest room the kitchen sink was blocked which let me move to another room, the second room found the master room AC was bad, asked for maintenance and the refilled it with Fyreon gas but two hours later become hot , next day was repaired again but still bad, so most of my stay was not comfortable. for the towels, I asked the houskeeping to replace them and when I came night time from shopping I found same towels arranged dirty as the are looks replaced, I complain about the towels next day replaced by another towels but still I found them dirty and I took them to the front desk and asked for the manager but only front desk manager was there, and he tried to cover the issue by asking me to have coffe with him but I refused, Finally it is one of my worst experiance in hotels and I do not recommend it for any one.
